Project Overview:
The client for this project is a large sino-foreign joint venture in Shanxi province, primarily engaged in coal chemical processing. The industrial park was established by the Changzhi municipal government to support the creation of a circular economy industrial park focused on coal chemical processing. The newly constructed wastewater and resource recovery deep treatment and reuse project will handle the comprehensive sewage treatment needs of the industrial park, including an 8 million tons/year coking project, a 200,000 tons/year methanol production project from coke oven gas, a 150,000 tons/year coal tar processing project, and a 100,000 tons/year caprolactam project.
Treatment Solution:
The project involves the odor and VOC treatment for the SDN tank, secondary sedimentation tank, mixed reaction tank, coagulation sedimentation tank, sludge collection well 1, sludge collection well 2, sludge thickening tank, sludge dewatering room, and sludge shed facilities of the park's sewage treatment plant. The treatment targets the exhaust gases and odors generated during the operation of the sewage treatment facilities, with major components including sulfur compounds, phenolic compounds, VOCs, and ammonia.
