Project Overview:
This is a fully underground project, where the main sewage treatment process adopts a combination of “Modified A2/O + Denitrification Deep Bed Filtration.” The primary structures are designed to be underground, including the coarse screening chamber and inlet pump house, fine screening chamber and rapid settling tank, modified A2/O bioreactor, rectangular secondary sedimentation tanks with perimeter inlet and outlet, secondary lift pump house, denitrification deep bed filter, UV disinfection channel, and odor removal system.
Treatment Solution:
The project addresses the complex odors generated during the operation of the plant's facilities. The odor removal system uses a biological deodorization method, with the deodorization units divided into two stages: a pre-scrubbing tank and a biofilter tank. The treated gas is then released through a high-altitude stack with compliance to discharge standards.
