Process Solution:
Biological Treatment
Project Details:
Total Designed Odor Treatment Capacity: 144,000 m³/h.
Project Overview:
Located in the Changping District of Beijing, the primary sewage treatment structures in this project are designed to be fully enclosed underground. The plant's treatment capacity of the first phrase is 100,000 m3/day, with a future capacity of 200,000 m3/day, covering a sewage collection area of approximately 55 square kilometers and serving nearly 300,000 residents. The wastewater treatment process at the Changping District TBD Reclaimed Water Plant uses an “A2O + MBR + Ozone De-colorization + Sodium Hypochlorite Disinfection” process, while sludge treatment follows a “Thickening + Dewatering + Offsite Sludge Transport” process.
Treatment Solution:
The project uses a biofilter method for odor removal, with the biofilter containing composite biological media infused with specific bacterial strains and a drainage system at the bottom. The primary odor-causing substances, including H2S, NH3, mercaptans, and volatile organic compounds, are treated and discharged in compliance with standards.
