A Municipal Sewage Pump Station Odor Control Project in Zhejiang Province
Process selection
Project Details
Process Solution:
Chemical Scrubbing + Biological Treatment + Activated Carbon
Project Details:
Total Designed Odor Treatment Capacity: 16,500 m³/h.
Project Overview:
It is a sewage treatment lift pump station where an odor control system is to be installed, aiming to reduce the concentration of odors generated during the operation of the sewage pump station, preventing corrosion of the facility and minimizing the impact of the foul-smelling exhaust on the station’s staff, the production environment, and the surrounding atmospheric environment.
Treatment Solution:
The treatment involves a series of steps including sealing, collecting, and processing the odor sources from the pump station's collection well and lift pump room. The goal is to remove odorous pollutants such as hydrogen sulfide, ammonia, mercaptans, and volatile organic compounds (VOCs) from the exhaust. The treated gases will be discharged in compliance with emission standards through a high-level stack.
